A Chef de Cuisine is needed at Apple to supervise “the overall success of the food service operation adhering to Apple’s culture and guidelines, the Health Department’s regulations, and Apple’s standards and expectations of food quality, freshness and presentation.”

This new recruit will need to train “all kitchen staff in proper kitchen conduct and food handling, overseeing the sanitation and safety of all kitchens,” Apple says in a new Job opening posted to its web site.

Spotted by 9to5Mac yesterday, the Apple Job listing included (in typical manner) a list of desired skills and experience.

Surprisingly, of the nine strong points listed by Apple, only eight are now visible on the same Job description.

Thanks to a screenshot taken by the aforementioned web site, Softpedia can confirm that Apple has scrubbed a requirement saying the Chef should posses “Computer skills with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.”
