Video content uploaded by Apple to its iTunes Movie Trailers starting this month no longer features any download options, and can only be streamed.

MacRumors reports that movie buffs relying on Apple’s Trailers site to check out the latest titles will no longer be able to download any content, as Apple has removed the download buttons for content uploaded in May.

Previously, users had the option to both stream and download content in 480p and 720p resolution, as well as at 1080p resolution. Now, users can only stream video at 480p or 720p.

It isn’t known why the change took place, but it is worth noting that trailers uploaded before May 22 still have a download button available.

There’s a chance Apple has pulled the download options after other parties used the content for their own profit.
