Klemchuk Kubasta LLP, aDallas law firm, has been selected by Apple as a featured business with video and editorial on Apple.com, the company has announced today.

Klemchuk Kubasta LLP offers a full range of intellectual property services.

These include litigation and enforcement of all forms of intellectual property, as well as registration and licensing of patents, trademarks, trade dress, and copyrights.

“In the technical, competitive, and fast-moving world of intellectual property law, founding partners Darin Klemchuk and Kelly Kubasta intend to stand out,” the company says.

The company has launched a special type of customer service called “white-glove”, which relies not only on the Apple iPhone, but on an array of Apple products that Klemchuk Kubasta employees can use to carry out their tasks.

Apple has recognized the company for “Gaining the edge in intellectual property law with iPhone” and featured it in an Apple Business Profile on its web site (located here).

The report mentions that the co-founding partners knew that employing the newest technologies was the key to creating a flourishing business, when the firm was established in April 2009.

“To provide outstanding, consistent service to our clients, we wanted to make sure our software and communications were just as dependable,” stated Klemchuk.

“Apple hardware and software have been integral parts of our infrastructure since the firm's inception,” Kubasta adds.

“We heavily rely on both the functionality and the ease of use provided by Apple products. So, when Apple gave us the opportunity to display our positive experiences, we didn't hesitate to do so,” said Kubasta.

The firm recently introduced a new iPhone Application, further showing Klemchuk and Kubasta’s support for technology innovation.

Called KK-LLP, the software makes notifications, news, events, and updates more convenient for users of an iOS device.

It was developed by Left Brain Media, the company says, and is available as a free download from the iTunes App Store.

The application is supported on iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad and requires iOS 3.0 or later.
