Apple has opened a new section in its iTunes Store, which looks back at the top selling albums, songs, movies, TV shows, apps, audiobooks and Podcasts from 2009. iTunes Rewind, as the section is called, is a feature that gives a glimpse into trends for the past year, with content being presented in the form of editorials.

iTunes Rewind lists the following top sellers for 2009 in the US and the UK, according to World of Apple:
