Apple Now Offering 13-Inch Retina MacBook Pros as Refurbs

Apple’s Special Deals section is now featuring refurbished models of the 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display in various configurations starting at $1,439/€1,080.

Originally released in October 2012, the computers in question boast a 13.3-inch (diagonal) Retina display with 2560-by-1600 resolution at 227 pixels per inch.

All systems pack 8GB of 1600MHz DDR3L SDRAM, a 720p FaceTime HD Camera, and Intel HD Graphics 4000.

Depending on the money you’re willing to spend, you get 128GB Flash storage for the aforementioned starting price, 256GB for $1,699/€1275, and 512GB for $2,289/€1718.

The high end version also comes with a 2.9 GHz Dual-core Intel Core i7 processor (Turbo Boost up to 3.6GHz), while the other two have a 2.5 GHz Dual-core Intel Core i5 processor (Turbo Boost up to 3.1GHz).

All three laptops ship with OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion pre-installed and a one year warranty. AppleCare Protection Plan can be purchased for a total of three years of specialized service from Apple.
