Apples area really healthy, so remember to eat at least one every day, just to keep the doctor away! Oh, but we're talking about the other apples here... but anyway, it's always the right time to talk about health and preventing disease. Since we've done that too, let's get to Steve Jobs' Apple now, shall we?

Apple sold an incredible number of iPods, the computer sales are going up, there are only a few days to Macworld, the iPhone-iMobile-iWhatever is going to arrive soon... you know all these, and even more, but since the company is doing so good, what about a prize? Well, they got people's hearts, having a really strong users community, they got all the numbers going up, and now they also have a prize from Marketing Daily!

Why would they get such a prize? First of all, they defied the predictions that the momentum brought by 2001's hit, the iPod. The company's computers, which have seen really bad days in the not-so-distant past, are now back, alive and kicking, pushing forward Apple's retail chain, which the is world's fastest growing at this time! If things are starting to go faster and faster, that doesn't mean they'll slow it down to enjoy the success, because Apple entered 2007 with the pedal to the metal!

Do you want numbers? I'll give you numbers! Check this - net sales are up to 19.3 billion dollars and profits are nearly 2 billion, for a growth of 39%, respectively 49% compared to 2005. Basic earnings per share jumped to 2.36$ from 1.64$, so always remember to buy them when you see them!

At last, the media player known as the iPod saw 39 million units shipped in 2006, while the Mac shipments have gone up to 5.3 million, which is absolutely impressive. Since 2007 has just begun, we have to prepare to receive Apple in our lives, and according to Steve Jobs, "Apple is in your den, Apple is in your living room, Apple is in your car, and of course, Apple is in your pocket with iPods.". Of course that, for some of us, Steve's statement is not true. But I am sure there's something to add: "yet"...
