Not that the festivities are long over and everyone knows pretty much everything about the new iPhone 4S, it’s high time to sit back and recap yesterday’s announcements with a good old fashioned keynote watching.

Featuring Tim Cook as the leading man, and fellow executives Scott Forstall and Phil Schiller as the sidekicks, the Apple Keynote for yesterday’s special event is now available for your viewing pleasure.

We can’t embed it here, but we will offer you this handy link to Apple’s site where you can view it in widescreen HD goodness. Streaming the video requires Safari 4 or 5 on Mac OS X Snow Leopard or Lion, Safari on iOS 3 or later, or QuickTime 7 on Windows.

An iPhone 4S video is also available, featuring Apple’s top brass and a lot of technicality relating to the new handset. It’s a must watch as well. You can access it here.
