They have to eat over there at Apple Inc. Otherwise how would they power those inventive brains of theirs? And they’re not using plastic plates either.

Dishwasher for Mathilda Cafeteria.” This is just one of the many prestigious HR openings at Apple’s corporate offices in Santa Clara Valley, California, USA.

If you're looking for a way to get Apple to notice you but don’t qualify for the more prestigious corporate jobs, this is your chance.

The new recruit must maintain a high degree of service, as well as “a positive attitude.”

Apple says all you need to do is operate a machine to wash dishes, dining ware, silverware, and food service equipment. You’ll also need to “be able to regularly lift/ move up to 25-50 pounds.”

50 pounds of what? Even Apple’s kitchen is shrouded in mystery.

Education is not required, which is always good news even if you have gone to school, but you will need one year of experience in a “fast paced environment.”

Basically, if you have a big family you’ll fit right in at Mathilda Cafeteria. That’s what the job advert should have said all along.
