Learning about the new Apple ad that “breaks” Yahoo, we watched the original advertisment on Apple's site again, only to find that the company now offers two new controls under the “watch again” button. “Buy” options are now available for the sound track featured in the ad, as well as for the demoed games.

As you would imagine, “Buy the Song on iTunes links to an iTunes page, where the respective track is featured. By clicking on the button, you are taken to the The Asteroids Galaxy Tour – Around the Bend page on iTunes. The track costs $0.99 to buy. However, by hitting “Buy the Games on iTunes, Apple sends you off to a page in iTunes called iPod touch. Games from the TV Ad. The page lists all the games featured in the ad, nothing more, nothing less. You can also sort the apps by “name,” “features,” and “release date.” There are 13 to choose from, making it very easy to spot one of your favorites and hit “Buy.”

There are several apps that go for just $0.99, while Tap Tap Revenge is the only featured application that can be acquired free of charge. So, here's the full list of apps: Air Hockey, Band, 300 Bowl, Cro-Mag Rally, 3-D Vector Ball, GTS World Racing, Labyrinth, MotionX Poker, Moto Chaser, SEGA's immensely popular Super Monkey Ball, the freeware goodie Tap Tap Revenge, Toy Bot Diaries, and Vegas Pool Sharks.

Without fail, Apple insists on noting the reasons why you should really consider buying the device, and the apps implicitly: “Playing games on the iPod touch is nothing short of amazing. Its built-in accelerometer lets you control the action by tilting and turning the screen, and the Multi-Touch interface lets you use your fingers for even more precise control,” the company says, encouraging visitors of the iTunes page to check out the list including 13 of the top games from the App Store.
