Cinamatic is Apple's choice for the Free App of the Week, but there are plenty more apps that do the same thing and even more. You can discover all of them in this collection.

The AppStore editors have selected 25 apps to suit your needs. Some of them are already great apps that everyone knows, others have been recently released and you still have time to discover them.

First one up is iMovie, the iOS version of the Mac app that you know and love. iMovie is not necessarily a split second video app, but you can do that as well. The beautiful straight forward interface and multi-touch gestures will help you edit the video you want, on the move. There's no need to import the clips into your computer to ad transitions and spit out Hollywood-style trailers. Moreover, when you are done editing, you can export the videos via iCloud or just watch them on the device itself.

With iMove you've got 14 trailer templates that feature great graphics and original soundtracks. Just like on your Mac, you have the liberty to customize the movie studios logos, cast names and the credits. iMove allows you to share the final product via YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo and CNN iReport, or you can just stream it to your TV via AirPlay. You can get iMovie for $4.99 (3.69 euro).

Moving on to other great apps in this selection, you will find classics like Cinamatic, Instagram and Vine.

Another great addition is Action Movie FX. This little app was made by the world famous "Bad Robot" studio that belongs to one of the big directors of our time, J.J. Abrams. The app is free from the get go, and you will be amazed at what it can do.

You will be able to shoot short videos on your device and then add real Hollywood FX over them. Giant Monsters, Sea Dragons, Spiders, Lizards, UFOs and the greatest explosions you've seen lately can all be added to any video.

The final result is so amazing that you won't believe it was done on a free iPhone app. With the stock app, you get six free FX scenes. When you get tired of those, you can buy new packs via in-app-purchase. Ten different packs of just $0.99 (€0.69) are available for download. At the end you can share your video to any social network or just export it to your Photo Roll.

Most of the Apps in this collection are free, so make sure to try them all.
