Customers encouraged to adopt iCloud after MobileMe kicks the bucket

Apple is issuing warning after warning regarding the shutdown of MobileMe, the company’s suite of web services getting replaced by iCloud.

The "eviction notice" displayed above has been sent out to all MobileMe customers who haven’t yet switched to the free iCloud, which also offers additional storage at a cost.

Services like iDisk and the MobileMe Gallery will no longer work after the June 30 deadline, so it is your mission to migrate the content from these two services over to iCloud before it’s too late. The same goes for your iWeb-created sites.

To make it clear, you don’t actually need to adopt iCloud to save your stuff from being erased from Apple’s servers. You can also just save it to your computer and decide whatever you want afterwards.
