Apple Confirms More Stores Where You Can Get an iPhone 5 This Friday

In addition to naming the three wireless operators carrying the iPhone 5, Apple has confirmed several retail chains that are also selling the smartphone throughout the United States this Friday.

Selling for $199 for the 16GB model, $299 for the 32GB model and $399 for the 64GB model, “iPhone 5 will be available from the Apple Online Store (www.apple.com), Apple’s retail stores, and through AT&T, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, select Best Buy, RadioShack, Target and Walmart stores and select Apple Authorized Resellers,” this Friday, September 21, Apple has confirmed today.

The Cupertino giant also issued a reminder to all customers that its iPhone 4S would also be available at a reduced price ($99), while the iPhone 4’s price has been slashed to $0, also when sold with a two-year carrier contract.
