The company will audio stream the conference call online

Today, Apple officially unveiled plans to hold a conference call on its financial results for the third quarter of its fiscal year 2012 on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, 2:00 p.m. PDT/5:00 p.m. EDT.

The Cupertino-based company also announced that it would be re-broadcasting the conference call starting with Tuesday, July 24 at 5:30 p.m. PDT/8:30 p.m. EDT through Tuesday, August 7 at 5:30 p.m. PDT/8:30 p.m. EDT.

The dial-in number for press is (877) 616-0062 (toll-free) or (719) 219-0039. Those who would like to attend will have to enter confirmation code 691025.

As for the continuous rebroadcast, the dial-in number is (888) 203-1112 (toll-free) or (719) 457-0820. Those interested in accessing will need to enter confirmation code 1260435.

Apple also announced that it planned on offering a live audio streaming of the fiscal year 2012 third quarter financial results conference call using its industry-leading QuickTime multimedia software.

“The live webcast will begin at 2:00 p.m. PDT on July 24, 2012 at www.apple.com/quicktime/qtv/earningsq312 and will also be available for replay for approximately two weeks thereafter,” the company announced in a press release.

“The webcast is available on any iPhone, iPad or iPod touch running iOS 4.2 or above, any Mac running OS X 10.5 or above or any PC running QuickTime 7 or later.”

Those who would like to access the live streaming but do not have QuickTime installed on their Windows PC, will find it available for download on Softpedia via this link.

Apple also notes that the recording is the company’s property, and that it is protected by US copyright law and international treaties.
