Apple is taking further steps towards building a fruitful relationship with iPhone developers, although many have been left with a bad taste in their mouth, due to recent policy changes. The company is letting these code-savvy folks know that getting help with iTunes Connect is easy via a Contact Us module, which has been specifically designed to answer any question, as well as address issues that may arise for an iPhone developer.

Using the News and Announcements section over at its iPhone Dev Center, the Mac maker outlines that “Getting Help with iTunes Connect” is a few clicks away, by visiting the Contact Us page. It says, “The iTunes Connect Contact Us module offers you with answers to a range of questions, including Managing Your Apps, Upload Error Help, App Submission, Using iTunes Connect, Managing Users, and much more.”

According to Apple, “You can often find what you want to know right away by starting with the Contact Us system. If you still need to contact iTunes Connect Support after using the Contact Us system, make sure we have all the information we need to communicate with you, including your App Name, Apple ID, and Team ID, so that we can route your request in the most efficient and effective manne.”

As usual, Apple is showing the App Store review status on the right side of the page dedicated to these announcements. Currently, 94% of the app submissions reviewed within the last seven days are approved. Updates are at around 98%, Apple says.

Further down is the App Store Submission Tips section, containing a series of tips that provide developers with guidance on the app submission and approval process. Devs can also contact the App Review Team via the same page, should they have an urgent fix they want prioritized, or if they have a question for the App Review Team.

Last week, Apple used the same method of issuing information that the company had added support for new countries to the iTunes App Store, allowing developers to reach out to more customers around the world. Territories supported by Apple now include Armenia, Botswana, Bulgaria, Jordan, Kenya, Tunisia, and more. Read the full story here.
