Apple has added a new feature to the iTunes Store, allowing customers to decide later if they want to download a certain TV season, season pass, movie bundle, music box set, or individual movies and TV episodes.

On its Support site Apple outlines the procedure for iTunes 11 users when it involves Season Passes and completed TV seasons.

Users can pick one of three actions, including clicking the Later button which holds off the download but adds the episode to your purchased list.

“You'll be able to download your episodes at any time from iTunes in the Cloud,” says Apple.

Selecting Download All will download all available episodes, while the standard Download button will download the earliest episode you haven’t yet seen from that season.

On iOS 6 (and later versions), when buying a TV season or a Season Pass you’ll be shown not three, but two options. These include Later and Download, and they work pretty much the same as they do in iTunes.
