Apimac has announced iDatabase 2.0 for Mac OS X and iDatabase 4.0 for iOS, a two-piece solution designed to permit wireless, bi-directional syncing between Macs and iOS devices.

iDatabase is a complete personal database management solution which works for tracking membership lists, expenses, projects, Internet accounts, etc.

Tole solution includes 16 ready-to-use templates such as Accounts, Contacts, Exercise Log, Recipes, and To Do.

According to Apimac, the enhancements in iDatabase 2.0  for Mac are:

As for version 4.0 for iOS, it boasts abilities like duplicate a database containing all the records; create a clone without records of an existing database; export a database by email; send one or more records via email as PDF, as a card or as a CSV file; and navigate through the records with new Previous and Next buttons.

The updated iOS app also delivers a new import preview view which allows you to define the fields and their labels, and to see a record preview before the import.

iDatabase 4.0 for iOS boasts an enhanced user interface, and various iDatabase 2.0.

iDatabase for Mac is available for $19.99 (USD) from the Apimac Store. An 8-day trial version is also available for download.
