Apache Subversion 1.8.8, a fully-featured version control system originally designed to be a better CVS, has been released.
Apache Subversion 1.8.8 brings a lot of bugfixes, which are available for the client and the server alike.
Highlights of Apache Subversion 1.8.8:
• Automatic relocate for wcs has been fixed; • The performance has been improved when Apache Subversion is used in conjunction with SQLite 3.8; • Some scenarios that broke the working copy have been fixed; • A number of performance regressions that occurred in certain scenarios have been fixed; • The distribution version on Linux is no longer being cut off; • An assertion due to invalid pool lifetime has been fixed.
