The Apacer AH175 OTG has up to 32 GB capacity and USB 2.0 speed

The problem with USB 3.0 is that it doesn't come in micro form much, which means that technologies that rely on micro-USB connectors need to make do with USB 2.0 speeds.

Such is the case with the Apacer AH175 OTG (On-The-Go) Dual-Interface flash drive, which has both a full-size and a micro-USB connector, both of which use USB 2.0 technology.

They are also backwards-compatible with USB 1.1, though that's redundant considering that no USB OTG smartphone will have such a weak interface at this point.

Anyway, the Apacer AH175 OTG Dual-Interface flash drive comes in up to 32 GB capacities (8 Gb and 16 GB are the other two) and is clad in a mostly grey shell.

It also seems to have a chain, or at least a hole from which you can strap it to one.

In case you need a reminder, USB OTG is a technology that lets a smartphone act as a host PC to a flash drive. It needs micro-USB to work on thin and small mobile devices though, and to avoid low compatibility with PCs, the flash devices have both types of ports. There is no performance difference between the two, although each phone may have a different ability to access the data.
