AntiX, a fast, lightweight and easy to install Linux Live CD distribution based on Debian Testing and MEPIS, for Intel-AMD x86 compatible systems, is now at version M12 Test 2.

AntiX M12 test 2 comes in three different versions, featuring five window managers: IceWM, Fluxbox, JWM, wmii, and dwm.

As for the included software, LibreOffice has replaced Abiword and Gnumeric, Iceweasel 10 browser has replaced Iceape, Claws Mail is included by default, Qmmp was replaced by XMMS, Yad replaced Zenity, Thunar was removed and replaced with SpaceFM.

Also, Cheese was added, Asian fonts were removed and the developers even offered the possibiltiy to create a Live ISO snapshot of the installed system. All versions use Linux kernel 3.2.9.
