Antec just expanded its line of Gaming Series computer enclosures with the addition of a new chassis, known as the One, especially designed in order to provide user-friendly cooling and convenient features at an affordable price.

The chassis features a pretty simple and stylish design which bears an eerie resemblance with the Three Hundred Two, despite their different sizes.

Much like its larger sibling, the One uses the same inverted layout which places the power supply at the bottom of the unit in order to allow for improved cooling performance.

Furthermore, the Antec One can take up to six 120mm cooling fans and even comes with pre-applied rubber grommet holes for installing an external water-cooling system.

On the inside, the chassis packs a total of nine drive bays with tool-free support, one of the two drive cages allows for the installation of 5.25-inch drives while the other can take 3.5-inch-sized disks.

All the power cables required by such a setup can be routed through the numerous holes available throughout the case, and frequent upgraders will be happy to hear that the Antec One even features a back-plate CPU cutout.

Other features include support for graphics cards up to 12.5" (318 mm) in length, a pair of front-panel USB 3.0 ports, easily removable side panels and an all-black interior.

“The One is for anyone who has thought about building a PC or for anyone looking for a wallet-friendly, long-lasting case,” said Mafalda Cogliani, global marketing director at Antec

“It’s a great option for system integrators because it has tool-less drive bays and blends well in a home,” concluded the company’s rep.

So far, Antec hasn’t mentioned when its enclosure is expected to hit online or brick and mortar retailers, but TechPowerUp revealed that its pricing should be set between 45-55 Euros ($59 to 73 US).
