As it happens, Antec decided to expand availability of one of its existing product lines, in this case a particular set of power supply units with certain assets that complement their power outputs.

The series of power supplies that Antec has now sent to Europe is known as the High Current Gamer family.

The series is composed of several models, five to be more precise, whose wattages are 400 W, 520 W, 620 W, 750 W and 900 W, respectively.

They do not use a module cable design, but they do possess several other advantages, and this extends to more than just their power efficiency.

While the 80Plus Bronze rating is definitely noteworthy, having been granted for efficiency of up to 88%, it is still just one item on the list.

For one, the Japanese brand capacitors contribute to a greater current stability and lifespan, while the 135mm double ball bearing fans disperse the generated heat.

There is also compliance with the ATX12V v2.3 and EPS12V v2.91 standards, plus gold-plated terminals and industry-grade protection. Also, it is stated that all PSUs have the same MTBF of 100,000 hours.

A final feature that can distinguish between the units, besides their power outputs of course, is the number of 12V rails each possesses.

The 750 W and 900 W High Current Gamer units have four 12V rails each, while the 400 W, 520 W and 620 W ones settle for just one.

One should likely know that the Antec High Current Gamer family of PSUs has been selling in Canada for a while now.

What their maker did was send them to Europe so that they can reach a significantly higher number of consumers.

They are up for pre-order at 58 Euro (for the 400 W), 68 Euro (520 W), 84 Euro (620 W), 114 Euro (750 W) and 129 Euro (900 W).
