GuruNet Corporation, creators of Answers.com, an answer-based search engine, and Accoona Corporation, a pioneer in artificial intelligence search technology, announced today the launch of their partnership signed earlier this year. The co-branded offering displays reference content from GuruNet's flagship product, Answers.com (http://www.answers.com), and contextual advertising from Accoona (http://www.accoona.com). Accoona.com results pages offer a prominent link to the co-branded site.

"As we watch
Accoona quickly scale up its traffic, popularity and partnerships, we look forward to contributing to that growth," explained GuruNet CEO Bob Rosenschein. "Their unique features, such as integrated Dun & Bradstreet content, and relationships with one of China's largest portals, indicate their strong potential in this industry."

"As we continue with an aggressive consumer launch," said Stuart Kauder, Accoona's CEO, "we are looking forward to leveraging Answers.com content as an integrated element of the Accoona search experience."

GuruNet Corporation operates a leading answer-based search engine, www.answers.com. Founded in 1999 by Bob Rosenschein, GuruNet provides patented technology and software tools to access concise information on demand.

Founded in February 2004, Accoona Corporation is a pioneer in search technology. The company unveiled the Accoona search engine in December 2004, with the consumer launch on June 1, 2005. Accoona delivers relevant search results through its SuperTarget feature, comprehensive QuickProfile database and contextual and keyword search capabilities. Internationally, Accoona holds a 20-year exclusive agreement as the official search provider for ChinaDaily.com.cn, the first English language news site in China, and one of the country's largest portals.
