Web-based forms are not just a tiny detail of your web site, as it might seem at first. Studies show that site owners give considerable importance to web forms. With PHP Forms you can say NO to limitations. PHPForms doesn't impose limits. You can use any configuration, any number of interactivity forms. It will allow you to receive the overall feedback from your customers.

You can use PhpForms to build the order and
request forms of your site: customers will appreciate your attention, if you make this form not only a name-requesting device, but also the questionnaire with the fields for, for instance, preferred shipping method, preferred payment method etc. With the help of PhpForms you can configure your web forms so that users will never leave your site. For instance, a user submits the form, which is then processed. You are emailed the results and the user is instantly redirected to the page you've chosen.

PhpForms is able to gain your customers' confidence and appreciation. They are individuals and like to be treated as such. They like to be questioned, to discuss, to give advice and criticize. Give them this possibility with PhpForms. You can launch as many online surveys for your customers as you want. Learn them inside out, learn more about their preferences, their opinions, and their criticism and thereby use their feedback to optimize your approach to cooperate with them.

To install PhpForms on your server you will have to comply with the following requirements: PHP 4.1.x-4.3.x and MYSQL 3.23.x or higher. PhpForms does not require knowledge of PHP and MYSQL. If you don't know how to install PhpForms you can request anytime the free of charge installation. For that, you will have to send to support@phpforms.net your order ID, a temporary FTP access to your server and MySQL database information. The installation will be performed as soon as possible.

You can use PHP Forms for virtually any kind of web form, from a simple one-page form with a couple of fields for user feedback to complex multi part forms which include mandatory fields, various types of options, fields and buttons etc. You can implement PhpForms in the following situations: Product / Service / Price Request Forms, Message and Questions Submit Forms, Subscription Forms, Survey Forms, Feedback Forms, Email Notifications, Quizzes and Tests, Evaluation Forms and Order Forms.

PhpForms is spam safe. This means that the email used to send the form is not displayed anywhere on the page so spammers can't track your email. The "FROM email" can be changed in the Mail Template section (it's in the upper horizontal menu in the admin area). Choose Universal template. There you will see the message that the users get after their submission. Edit the template the way you like.

With PhpForms there is no limitation as to the number of web forms you can create using one script. Also you can send form submissions to multiple email addresses separated by comma. Using Javascript you can implement on the client side multiple pages forms. When the user submits a form, a message is displayed notifying of successful form submission. You can edit this text in form options. In addition, after the user submits a form, he is redirected to the URL entered in form options.
