Another Trial for Michael Jackson

The king of pop is about to be put again on trial but, this time, it's a civil one. One of his former business associates, Marc Schaffel, is suing Michael and is asking to be paid $3.8 million that are meant to cover what he claims to be unpaid expenses, loans and salaries for different odd jobs.

Only a year later after the charges of child molesting were cleared from Jackson's record, this comes as a big shock to the star who said, through his spokesperson, that Schaffel is, quote, a 'professional swindler' and an 'unsavory character', who used to work as a producer of gay pornography.

The jury selection will start on June 26 and Michael will be seen on depositions only on video tapes. But that doesn't mean that the judge, jury and lawyers won't have access to his financial dealings (even into the cow leasing business he had in Neverland), that will go back as far as the time he first met Schaffel.

On the other hand, the rumored marriage between Jackson and the nanny of his children is very unlikely to take place too soon for the reason that... she is already married.

'Fox News' revealed yesterday that it was all just a misunderstanding, that Grace is married for almost ten years and that she believes she doesn't need a ring to play such an active role in Jacko's life and that of his children as she does at this very moment.
