Just like it happened to most of the 'Sopranos' stars, the 'Lost' cast makes no exception when it comes to spending nights in jail. Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje officially became the third member of the ABC hit series arrested for traffic violations in Hawaii.
Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, who plays Mr. Eko, a former drug lord who tries to pass off as a priest was driving his car in Waikiki, during a day off from shooting for 'Lost', when police pulled his vehicle over for speeding.
At a closer inspection, the police officers discovered that the star was driving without a license and were forced to take him downtown. He spent almost six hours in custody and was released for a $500 bail, with his court hearing being scheduled for September 25th.
Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje is the third cast member to have a brush-off with the law in Hawaii, with Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthis Watros being arrested for driving under the influence in December 2005, within 15 minutes from each other.
Watros had to pay a fine of $312 and to undergo alcohol assessment and treatment but the police were not so kind to Rodriguez, who was not at her first misdemeanor of the kind. She was sentenced to five days in jail and to a fine of $357. Fortunately for her, she spent only one day out of five in prison, her probation being revoked for unknown reasons.
