Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia has been long rumored to plan the launch of a new entry-level Windows Phone 8 smartphone in the form of Nokia Lumia 630, and some more info on the device is now available online.

A new Nokia device was spotted at the FCC recently, namely the Nokia RM-978, and it is suspected to be a new version of the Lumia 630.

Furthermore, as NokiaPowerUser notes, chances are that this will be a dual-SIM version of the yet unannounced mobile phone, one that will complement the previously spotted Nokia RM-979.

According to the listing, the smartphone will come to the market with support for GSM/GPRS/ EGPRS900, GSM/GPRS/ EGPRS1800, WCDMA/ HSUPA900 and WCDMA/HSUPA2100 bands outside the United States, which shows that Nokia is aiming at a global roll out for it.

However, RM-978 and RM-979 are only two of the Nokia Lumia 630 flavors that might become official in the not too distant future, as a certain Nokia RM-976 device was also spotted at the FCC last week.

According to NokiaPowerUser, chances are that the Finnish mobile phone maker will launch the handset as a single-SIM 3G Lumia 630, a dual-SIM Lumia 630, and a single-SIM LTE Nokia 635.

No official confirmation on any of these has been provided as of now, but Nokia might unveil all on the matter either at the end of this month or in early April, so stay tuned to learn the news.
