14 DAY TRIAL // A sixth tape with a conversation between Mel Gibson and his ex, Oksana Grigorieva, has leaked online and, though just as brutal as the other 5 before it, it may be the one that gets Mel most into trouble, Radar Online says. On it, the actor can clearly be heard saying that, should Oksana ever decide to step forward about his abusive ways, he couldn’t care less because he was certain no one believe her.
He also makes threats at Oksana and tells her that he wants his daughter with him because he doesn’t want her growing up with a gold-digging (and some other things that can’t be reproduced here) mother like her. On the audio, Oksana too is heard protesting more than she did in the past, especially when Gibson tells her that he’ll take Lucia, their daughter, away from her. When the Russian singer attempts to fight back and get him to see that he needs help for his anger problem, Mel only becomes more agitated and irate, as fragments of the conversation, transcribed below, show.
“Oksana: I’m just saving my child’s life because you are a monster! That’s all! You are a MONSTER! That’s all. Mel: Now you’re yelling at me?
Oksana: You are imbalanced. There’s something wrong with you. Mel: Oh, you SHUT UP.
Oksana: You hit me, and you hit her while she was in my hands! Mel, you’re losing your mind. You need medication. Mel: I want my child, and no one will believe you.
Oksana: You cannot raise the child with these symptoms. Mel: What? Oksana: You’re acting as a crazy man right now and you have been for many, many months. And you hit me, and you hit her [Lucia] while she was in my hands! Mel, you’re losing your mind. You need medication.” Mel: YOU NEED A KICK UP THE [expletive]-ING [expletive]. For being a [expletive], [expletive], gold digging [expletive]! With a [expletive] son! And I want my child, and no one will believe you! So [expletive] you!
Mel: “I’m not giving you my house and you can rot unless you crawl back, [expletive] my [expletive] and say you’re sorry, in that order! Do you understand me? You [expletive]-ing offend my [expletive]-ing maleness, my masculinity, my being, my soul! You have my child and she doesn’t need a gold digging, [expletive]-ing Russian [expletive], [expletive] for a mother! We all know what you are! I will have that child, easily. You need to say a lot to assuage my insanity because you’ve made me this way!”
As shocking as the tapes that have made their way online may be, there is a very good chance that Oksana’s camp will not be able to use them in court in support of the domestic abuse claims she made against the star, TMZ says. Under California law, it is illegal to tape someone unless they’re specifically informed of this, but an exception is made when a conversation is recorded because it is “related to the commission of any felony of violence,” which would apply in this case. Unfortunately for Grigorieva, after she walked away from the $15 million deal, she texted Mel to let him know that she’d taped him, which could stand to prove she was after his money all along and this is why she made the tapes.
