Another Major Fight Between Kate Moss and Pete Doherty

Pete Doherty is not having a good day (or maybe an entire week for that matter). He has to go to rehab or face some serious jail time, but on the other hand, he just got kicked out by supermodel girlfriend Kate Moss. How did it all get so messed up?

On the first account, the situation is quite simple. The 28-year-old rocker appeared before a judge to plead guilty on several drug charges. Here they are: possession of crack cocaine, heroin, cannabis and ketamine. Oh, and let's not forget the two DUI charges for which he was busted on May 5.

After he put the judge's patience to the test (he turned up in court some two and a half hours late, claiming that he was "a little nervous" about the hearing), he received an ultimatum. His next hearing is scheduled for August 7, and if he does not want to be sent to jail, he must use this time period to get his a*s in rehab ASAP. Problem solved.

As for his other problem, it seems that yesterday things took a turn for the worse. It seems that Kate Moss could not stand the fact that Pete cheated on her a couple of days ago and yesterday she did something about it. Namely, she threw all of Pete's belongings (not forgetting Pete himself) out of her St John's Wood home. Pete's only saying in the matter was to take his stuff and move into a North London caravan park.

But this may not be the case, as another source is claiming that Pete is actually the one who decided to leave because he needs some time alone to deal with these latest problems in his life and Kate is simply suffocating him. According to the same source, Kate is very upset with his decision but she is also somewhat obsessed with Pete. Therefore, she flew back to London and is constantly calling him on the phone.
