Another Jordan Fashion Blunder

- The former glamor model steps out in a superwoman-style Lycra catsuit that turned heads for all the wrong reasons

By: Monica Gaza, Life & Style Editor

Former British glamor model Jordan – who likes to go by her given name of Katie Price these days – is widely known as a cross between a Victoria Beckham wannabe and an early version of Michael Jackson. Mercifully, no part of her face has yet become detached, much to the horror of the world at large, and she hasn't yet appointed herself a fashion guru, nor has she flooded the already celebrity overloaded fashion market with overpriced garments – but she's well on her way to establishing herself as one of Britain's most inappropriately dressed women. Have a look at the attached photos and you'll quickly see my point.

Jordan dressed up (or down, that's for you to decide), grabbed her husband and took to the red carpet for a start-studded charity event in London, also attended by the likes of Elizabeth Hurley, Sarah Ferguson and her daughter Princess Beatrice. Although most of the guests opted for more classy evening wear, Jordan took everyone's breath away (not in a good sense) by donning a skin-tight Lycra catsuit, to which she added a gold belt and a tottering pair of matching gold high-heels.

Subtlety was never Jordan's (or Katie's, whatever you choose to call her) strong point and if she was aiming for trendy and classy, that’s a pity – for she only managed to look like a bad "Avengers" stunt double dressed to kill – literally. Luckily, British style guru Trinny Woodall was also in attendance, which makes us all hope she managed to have a little chat with Jordan by the end of the evening.

The trouble with Jordan is that... well, she abandoned her natural look in favor of an artificial-looking, sometimes over-the-top cosmetically enhanced body all those years ago, turning it into her signature look and sticking to it for quite a long time. Last year, however, she finally decided it was time for a more natural approach again, and promptly turned to more cosmetic surgery, which she coupled with some dramatic weight loss that made her shrunken frame strongly resemble Victoria Beckham's – minus the international style icon claims. Which means that we now have a slimmed down Jordan/Katie hybrid on our hands, which blends a more demure look with the occasional trademark Jordan red carper fashion blunder, and it's all very confusing. What are we to believe, then – what do you think?
