Not everyone believes the Facebook operation was a fake

Even though Anonymous claimed that the November 5 Facebook operation wasn't coming from them, some of their followers are disappointed that the mission didn't go through.

“I think they should disappear for ever now.... no one can fail this hard and get to stick around,” wrote someone as a comment to the video that announced their plans to take down the social network site.

It looks as people don't believe the message actually wasn't theirs, instead many think that they simply failed.

“Like I said the only way to be effective in dropping their network is if brave soul(s) decide to burn down their datacenters,” said Sabu not long ago.

In the past we've seen some operations denied by Anonymous, in some cases claiming that law enforcement agencies are setting them up in an attempt to identify and capture them, but it seem as not everyone gets it and more people state their disappointment in the group.
