14 DAY TRIAL // Operation Megaupload is not only about the US authorities and the representatives of the media industry, but it’s also about the artists themselves. Worldwide, a lot of celebrity websites were hacked and defaced in the name of OpMegaupload and one of Rihanna’s fan sites tops the list.
Anon Central, one of the hacktivists’ main news channels revealed that Anonymous Morocco defaced Rihanna’s fan page Rihanna Online.
On the defaced page, a hacker called Moroccan HaXor left a message.
“Your Mission is Voting to Federal ! haha i Will Be the president Of UsA ! Are You Ready,” says a message on the site.
Previous victims of OpMegaupload include the FBI, DOJ, White House, Universal Music, RIAA, MPAA, MGM, Warner Bros Record Store and many others that are considered guilty for Megaupload’s closure.
