Anna Nicole Smith refuses to leave the Bahamian waterfront house she is illegally living in, but the power company is no longer willing to be as understanding as the first time. Ben Thompson - the rightful owner of the house - talked to the electricity company and cut off the lights on Anna a couple of weeks ago.
But the former model is not one of those persons you can just mess with. Given her long experience in suing people and fighting accusations in court, she had her army of lawyers all over this issue and the company in question had no better alternative than to restore her to light... temporarily and only on the basis that she would evict the premises.
Smith failed to do so and, having lost the appeal with the power company, she was reduced to total darkness yet again... without even the possibility of seeing soon the light at the end of the tunnel. TMZ reports that the obstinate celebrity is still in the house, together with her daughter and her lawyer/friend/sort of husband and that she still refuses to budge an inch.
Maybe this power loss also has a brighter side to it, as Anna was the first one to observe: the Bahamian police went to the mansion again to serve her with the second eviction notice and, thanks to her good luck, they were not able to fulfill their mission as the big iron electric gate could not be opened.
Meanwhile, Ben Thompson, who was also one of her many lovers, insists that he would do anything in his power to see her out of his rightful house.
