Sienna Miller is seen by many as the epitome of boho chic, the unruly star who plays only as she wishes, both in fashion and in what regards her professional life. If one were to ask Anna Wintour, the most feared woman at Vogue magazine, about Sienna’s rebelliousness, she would probably say it only applies to her hair and teeth, as she has already hinted in a new documentary meant to accompany one issue of the magazine.

The documentary, called “The September Issue,” has been screened at Sundance Festival, reports have it, and it has already got people talking about how Sienna will react when she sees how she’s being bashed in it. Apparently, both Wintour and the entire team who took part in shooting Sienna for the magazine are complaining about her being “toothy,” with too many fillings and completely “unruly hair.”

Apparently, Wintour was so beside herself with exasperation that Sienna could not strike a decent pose for the magazine, that she was even heard proposing to cut her hair altogether, a remark that the actress hardly paid attention to, it has been said. Moreover, the same documentary implies that the creative team was eventually forced to superimpose Sienna’s head on another, older picture of herself, in which she reportedly struck a better pose.

“It must be awful for Sienna to see. Anna keeps complaining. And the other staff are worried she has too many fillings. The editors hint at Sienna to cut her hair and she ignores them, which worried them even more.” a viewer of the documentary told TheList news website. Minutes after word of this got out in the media, both Vogue and Sienna’s publicist were quick to issue statements to set the record straight and kill the scandal in the bud.

“While some retouching is a fact for any cover, no one is more convinced of Ms Miller’s beauty than Vogue. The fact she appeared on the magazine’s September cover, our most important issue of the year, is a testimony to this truth.” the Vogue statement said. Sienna’s rep also admitted to the retouching part, while stating that this had been blown completely out of proportion. “Sienna Miller is the first person to admit that her photos are always retouched – no one is ever that perfect.” Leslie Sloane recently revealed for the media.
