14 DAY TRIAL // 23-year-old Anna Michelle Walters has been arrested for having an inappropriate relationship with a minor, and abusing her authority as a teacher at Cosby High School, in Chesterfield, Virginia.
According to the Huffington Post, the police stated that the relationship involved criminal activity. However, she is being investigated on one count of taking indecent liberties with a child and one count of carnal knowledge.
The substitute teacher had inappropriate contact with at least two students, one of which is still a minor. In the case of the minor, the incident occurred in a classroom at Cosby High School, after school hours.
The other student, Justin Foster, is now an adult, having already graduated from high-school. He provided the police evidence against Walters, in the form of raunchy Twitter conversations, and photos sent by the teacher via the social networking website.
