A series of new and shocking revelations have been made in the Anna Nicole Smith case. The bad side of things is that they have nothing to do with her premature death because they shed no light into the 'mystery' of her passing away, but at least they offer the public and the investigators clues to Anna's lifestyle, things that were unknown until now.
In documents obtained by website TMZ, a former nanny for the late model makes shocking accusations and even more important revelations as to who she really was. Quethlie Alexis was cited as a witness by the Bahamas police in the case of the death of Anna's son, Daniel. On this occasion, she gave a written and sworn testimony about her life in the Smith-Stern household and, as you can imagine, what she had to say about the former glamour girl and tabloid character is not at all to her benefit.
According to the affidavit, Smith had the nanny starve ('underfeed') baby girl Dannielynn Hope so that she may grow up 'all slim and sexy'. 'Ms. Marshall [Smith's real name] was obsessed with making sure that her baby was "sexy". Ms. Marshall knew that the correct amount of baby food was 3 ounces every 3 hours ... Ms. Marshall insisted that the maximum I was to give was 2.5 ounces.', the statement reads.
Alexis also spoke about Smith's history of drug abuse, her two attempts of suicide and the many death threats she made to her. She said that Anna Nicole repeatedly warned her that she would be 'shot' if the baby ever addressed her (the nanny) as 'Mummy'. It also turns out that the model tried to take her own life on two different occasions, once by drinking a full bottle of sleeping aid right in front of her and confessing later (after waking up from a 48-hour coma) that 'I wanted to die... I meant to kill myself'.
The other time, Anna Nicole tried to drown herself in the pool (this has already been confirmed by her lover Howard K. Stern), where she was found unconscious and then resuscitated by him. Alexis also stated that, after the rescue, she heard Stern tell Anna that 'If anything happens to you, I would go to jail'.
The former nanny also testified to having full knowledge of Smith's 'flagrant sexual relationship' with other men, including the Bahamian Minister of Immigration, who allegedly had sex with her in return of legal citizenship. The full document is
