A day after the former 'Playboy' bunny buried her 20-year-old son, she was served with eviction papers from the landlord of the $1 million house where she, Howard K. Stern and their six-week-old daughter lived. Anna Nicole Smith was asked to vacate the premises until October 31st, or else face being taken to court, reports from today's media state.
G. Ben Thompson said that in August, he purchased the house as a favor to the model, with whom many suspect he was having an affair. Nevertheless, he mentioned that it was not offered as a gift, as Smith supposed: she was meant to sign a mortgage and pay regular installments for it.
But she forgot having ever had that kind of talk with the rightful owner of the home and never paid him a dime. 'She said it was a gift. I never said that. I don't have that kind of money', the owner told 'People' magazine. Furthermore, he specified that his intentions are not bad: he just wants his house back and in order to get things done faster he sent his lawyer to serve an eviction notice to Anna.
'I don't want to embarrass her or humiliate Anna. I just need my money, or collateral, back', he explained. Thompson's statement is just another twist in a long string of mishaps for the former model, as her half sister says she will publish a book about the real Anna, called 'Train Wreck: Anna Nicole Smith Unauthorized', in which she will prove that the infant Dannielynn Hope is, in fact, the old billionaire's (J. Howard Marshall) daughter.
