Anna Nicole Smith is not moving from the waterfront mansion she now inhabits with her newborn daughter and lawyer/friend/sort-of-husband, Howard Stern. While the air cleared on the death of her 20-year-old son and Anna was proven not responsible in any way for the tragic event, the scandal around the real father of Dannielynn and around her right to stay permanently in the Bahamas is still raging on.

A while ago, it turned out that the mansion in which the former model stayed and which was listed as her own in the papers filed for permanent residence, belonged in fact to a man named G. Ben Thompson. At the time, the businessman said that he only offered to sell the house to Anna, who was to pay regular down payments for it.

But Smith claimed and (still does) that the house is hers and that she received it as a gift from Thompson who, by the way, says he doesn't have the money to give $1 million presents to women he only had brief affairs with. A legal notice was served to the grieving mother, according to which, she was supposed to evacuate the premises by the end of the month... last month, that is.

Failing to comply with the owner's somehow justified demands, he saw it to himself to kick Anna into the street. So Thompson and his son-in-law flew to Bahamas to serve the eviction papers to the model in person. Still not wanting to leave, Thompson talked to the power company and left Anna in the dark... literally.

After a day or so, Smith had her lawyers all over the situation and the company temporarily restored her to light, so to speak. But Thompson returned to beseech her to leave his house and she, like any mature woman would have done, ran to the house and yelled at him from the balcony: 'You get off this property. This is a gift and I ain't ever leaving. And I'll show you, Ben, you ain't never gonna see the baby again! You did a declaration for that f**khead Larry Birkhead!'.

For those who are not up to speed with the Smith drama, Birkhead is the man who claims is the real father of Anna's baby, while Thompson was named the father, then proved otherwise (he had a vasectomy) and then Howard Stern took his place in the baby's birth certificate.
