Animal Crossing: Wild World features a very minimal plot. The objective of the game is to pay off a debt to Tom Nook, who allows the player to move into a house he owns. If the mortgage is paid off, the player's house will expand until upstairs, left, right, center and back rooms are included. This is slightly different from the Nintendo Gamecube version, in which the finished house only consisted of a basement, a main room and an attic. While paying off the debt, players can do a variety of optional tasks, including interacting with other villagers and filling the catalog of the things they have, like furniture, fish, clothes and stationery.
Animal Crossing: Wild World makes use of several of the Nintendo DS' features, including the touch screen, dual screens and internal clock. The touch screen is used for menu navigation and interacting with the surrounding area, including movement, using tools, talking to other villagers, entering buildings, picking up items, etc. The dual screens are used to display the overworld on the touch screen and the sky on the top screen, which varies depending on the circumstances.

ACTIONS
Being an environmental citizen To look like an environmental citizen, go to Harriet's and answer some questions. It does not matter how, until she inquires about color. Tell her you want cool colors, then say that you wish yours to be "lush." After a few seconds your hair will become green, so you'll look like leaves and plants.
If your environmental citizen is a girl, look for clothes with flowers on it, or design some yourself. Should you be a boy, design a shirt with a tree on it. Pull out weeds, plant trees, and water dying flowers. Furthermore, donate to Boondox, first 10,000 bells, so as to get the Green Feather. The next day, the unlucky town will send you a letter with the Green Feather. Use it as a hat. When you receive other feathers, wear them to show people that you are generous.
Customizing your town To have a different town theme (for example, county, city, etc.), go to the Able Sisters' shop. Talk to Mable and ask her to design your own pattern. That is what your ground will look like. Plan it carefully, and, after you pay 350 Bells, walk outside the sore. Go to the menu screen, select the pattern area, and drag yours to the last icon. It will be pasted on the ground. Continue to do this until your entire town is covered.
