Displeased with the services provided by SK Telecom

According to a study, it seems that leading mobile phone networks sometimes give customers wrong information at call costs. This usually leads to higher bills, with some customers being the subject of this more often than others. Apparently, there are currently quite a few unhappy mobile phone users, and with operators constantly 'spicing up' their bills or not solving the issues they report, it's really no surprise.

In South Korea, things don't seem to be any better for subscribers. A man from Korea was apparently so upset that his new Samsung handset wasn't working properly after only a couple of days of use, that he decided to take a somewhat different approach. After calling SK Telecom several times, with no result and visiting the operator's stores to have his handset fixed, the man drove over to the SK offices. At first, he placed signs on his car displaying 'Delinquent SK'.

When noticing that this didn't lead to anything, he then attempted to enter the building, only to be stopped by security guards that asked him to move the car. Finally, the 47-old man drove his car into the building with the note that read 'Delinquent SK' attached on the front window.

While no one was hurt, the man did manage to damage the revolving door in the lobby of SK Telecom's building. According to the police, he was so angry because the mobile operator refused to fix his mobile phone despite his claim that the roaming service did not work properly.

Also, for whoever is interested, the car he was driving was a Mercedes S500, reportedly costing around $90,000. Whether a mobile phone was worth smashing the car, that's up to each one to consider. Moreover, for a person that owns such a car, being so annoyed over a phone can be considered somewhat unreasonable. It's not clear what charges the man might face at this moment.
