14 DAY TRIAL // Rovio Mobile has announced three new levels for players of the free version of its popular puzzle platformer, Angry Birds. Version 1.1.0 now includes three new levels that are only available in Angry Birds Free for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.
A puzzle video game developed by Finnish development studio Rovio, Angry Birds has sold well over 10 million copies since its release for Apple's iOS platforms.
The game is also available for other touch-based smartphones, as well as for the Apple iPad in an HD version.
“The survival of the Angry Birds is at stake,” goes Rovio’s iTunes description of Angry Birds. “Dish out revenge on the green pigs who stole the Birds’ eggs. Use the unique destructive powers of the Angry Birds to lay waste to the pigs’ fortified castles.”
“Angry Birds features hours of gameplay, challenging physics-based castle demolition, and lots of replay value. Each of the 210 levels requires logic, skill, and brute force to crush the enemy,” the description adds.
As noted above, update 1.1.0 is now available for the Free version of the game. According to Rovio, this is what players can expect:

The latest Angry Birds Free update includes three new levels that are only available in Angry Birds Free.
Angry Birds Seasons has also been updated to version 1.2.0 recently. It brings three extra Valentine’s-themed levels, a new achievement, and more.
The original version of the game is now at version 1.5.1. Updated earlier this month as well, it adds 15 new levels in the Ham ‘em High series, and more.
