Owners of BlackBerry 10 smartphones out there can now download and install a new flavor of the Angry Birds Go mobile game, namely version 1.2.0.

The new game iteration was pushed to devices with a nice range of enhancements packed inside, including a brand new snow theme. At the same time, the update brings along new karts and TELEPODS.

“Winter has arrived on Piggy Island and covers the new track in slippery ice. Drive carefully,” Rovio, the title’s publisher, explains in the release notes that emerged over at N4BB.

There are 8 new karts available from the Mechanic Pig in this release, along with new TELEPODS toys, and a great value starter pack, it seems.

Users will be able to take advantage of a new premium kart for each episode, to which bonus coins and gems are added. At the same time, the updated title promises unique time-limited events each day, with increasing rewards.

The updated flavor of Angry Birds Go should already be rolling out to BlackBerry 10 users who downloaded and installed the game before.

Those who haven’t can find it up for grabs through the BlackBerry World portal, for free (compatible with BlackBerry Z10, Z3, Z30 and Porsche Design P’9982 phones).
