I find it most amusing to refer to Megan Fox as a "huge star". Frankly, the girl cannot act. She may be all the other things Angelina is: sexy, edgy, beautiful blah blah blah but does not even come close to Angelina's acting abilities. Angelina does have to accept the fact that Hollywood thinks actresses are old by the time they hit 35....

This is what I don't understand... why are they considered old at 35? That's still very young yet. If me can act into their 60"s , then why can't women? Stop with the double standard already!

Angelina is this generations Liz Taylor! She is already on her way to becoming a legend and is currently an Icon. Megan Fox is just a starlet. Barbarella is just a joke of a film suited to starlets trying to become established. They would be lucky if Angelenia even gave that script a second look. As far as Megan Fox, I don't think she has the star power or the talent to carry this movie. Because it is a stupid film to begin with and needs a talented actress to carry it.

Angelina is an inspirational beauty that is beautiful, talented. She not only acts, but can fight in martial arts.

Overall, if Megan Fox is pretty how come she is still single? No man wants her... Angie on the other is desired by women and men, especially Brad Pitt. Megan Fox does not even have a HOT counterpart.. incomparable.

@LC Uhhhh...Megan Fox has been with Brian Austin Green forever and they are engaged. I know, its weird, but you can't help who you fall in love with. But maybe do your research before you write stupid posts about how Megan Fox is still single. And btw, every single straight man in America wants her. Heck, I'm female with a boyfriend and I want her. There is no denying she is gorgeous. And just because someone is single does not mean that no one "wants them." There are no shortage of people in this world who want Megan Fox. Same with Angelina Jolie.

But honestly, I don't want to see either one of these women as Barbarella. They just don't seem right for it. Neither one is a Barbarella type and as said before, idk if Megan Fox can carry that movie.

What a terrible article! Did you know that Jane Fonda was 30 when she played Barbarella? Megan Fox is not old enough and when you claim that Jolie is too old at a still young 34... that's just an insult to women in their 30's. You see men still acting at 60 , so why should it be different for actresses? It's people like you who give any credence to that stereotype. Anyhow, I hope Angelina gets the part as she would be the best one to play the role... at least she can act.

this is crazy, yes they do look alike in some ways but they are different types of actress. its not fair to even compair the two. both are great looking women but pulling of acting rolls is someting different. not taking away from fox but angelina has a unique style thats based on more then her looks. it the whole package that needs to be looked at. im sure fox can do the job but i cant remember one movie that i have seen with angelina in it that was bad. even if the script did not maks since she made the movie worth seeing its like your their experencing what she's going through. living for only a moment in another time and place. fox is a really good actress but you can put to much pressure on her by comparing her to someone such as angelina, give the girl time to grow in her own way im sure she will impress us just as much as angelina has.
