Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Say No More Children for Now

After the birth of their twins, rumors started to circulate again about whether Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt would adopt another child, thus expanding their brood even more. For the time being, they’re good with 6 children, Jolie says.

The stunning actress will be seen next opposite Johnny Depp in “The Tourist.” Since she’s doing media rounds to promote the film, she’s also taking questions of a more personal nature, including whether adoption remains on the table with them.

For the time being, she says, she and Brad are happy with 6 children. One more right now and they wouldn’t be able to offer them all the kind of attention they need.

Asked whether they will adopt soon, Angelina said: “No, I think it’s very important to give our children the individual attention they need now before expanding our family.”

“You try to feel them, because at different times, different children need you, you must find the time to listen to them. Brad and I are also really lucky because between the two of us, we can spread the attention around,” the 35-year-old actress added.

While also promoting “The Tourist,” co-star Johnny Depp sang Angelina’s praise as a mom, saying she’s truly doing a wonderful job with the kids, which is no small thing given the media attention, her job and her other projects.

“She’s a good girl. I have a lot of respect for her. In the face of all that she, Brad, and the kids have to deal with, being globally under the microscope every second of the day, she’s grounded. She’s as cool, normal and low key [a woman] as you’d want to meet,” Johnny said, as we also informed you the other day.

“She doesn’t take it all that seriously. She is a wonderful mommy, a great mommy, which you’ve gotta take your hat off to as well. And she’s out there trying to do things in the world, to help. She’s impressive. She’s a force,” the actor added.
