Even though Brad Pitt told reporters in Cannes that he and Angelina Jolie had not set a wedding date, many still assumed they would be tying the knot this summer. Not really, says a new report: all plans have been delayed because of her work schedule.

As fans must know, Angelina and Brad have long revealed that the reason they function so wonderfully as a family is because they never work at the same time.

In other words, they take turns in making movies, so that one of them can be at home with the kids at all times.

Just recently, Angelina has signed on to do 3 movies back to back, which means she’ll be away from home for the rest of the year, the Daily Mail informs.

This greatly displeases Brad because they had been planning on getting married this summer and now, obviously, they can’t.

“The Hollywood A-listers, who finally got engaged in the spring after an eight-year courtship, were rumored to be marrying at their chateau in the South of France this summer, with Brad reported to be planning the nuptials,” the British tab writes.

“But Angelina’s busy work schedule means the ceremony is likely to be postponed. I’m told their wedding plans are in chaos after she agreed to make three movies back-to-back,” adds the Mail.

Two of these movies are supposed to be “Salt 2” and a Danny Boyle project.

Brad isn’t happy that Angelina agreed to so many project, the report goes on to say.

“Brad isn’t happy that Angelina has taken on all this work as it has scuppered plans for a summer wedding. He is taking on less work to be with the children and Ang’s father, Jon Voight, is also flying to the UK to help out,” an unnamed insider claiming to be familiar with the situation says for the Mail.

As noted above, while in Cannes at the Film Festival to promote his latest film, Brad Pitt told reporters that, though he had popped the question to Angelina, they still planned to put off the wedding until gay marriage was legal all across the US.
