Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt left their Malibu residence to go on a short romantic holiday at a desert spa in Arizona. The couple arrived there in Angelina's private jet, without the two children, Maddox and Zahara, who were left home so they can spend quality time together.

According to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt enjoyed some pampering session and after that they retired to the resort's £1,000 a night presidential suite.

A source revealed: "They arrived dressed very casually in T-shirts and jeans, but they still looked incredible together. They were amazingly relaxed in each others' company.

After their pampering session they retired to their suite and weren't seen again all night."

The insider added: "The chemistry between them is amazing - they definitely enjoyed having time alone without the kids.

They stayed one night before heading for Malibu and looked refreshed as they checked out."
