Angelina Jolie is decided to sue the British tabloid The Sun, after they published an article which claimed 6-month old adopted Zahara is not an orphan.

The Sun published last week, 22 August 05, an interview with a 18-year old woman called Mentewab Dawit who claimed she's the natural mother of baby Zahara. Dawit confessed she was forced to let go of her baby because she didn't have money to feed her.

Jolie denied Zahara still has her parents alive, insisting Zahara's mother is dead and has consulted London based solicitors, Schillings.

Jolie's solicitor confirms, "I've not yet been issued with instructions to commence legal actions. But I am speaking to her again this afternoon."

A spokesman for The Sun says, "We have not been notified of any legal action against us and we stand by the story absolutely."
