As if Ian Halperin’s “Brangelina Exposed” biography was not reason enough to worry for Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie, odds are she is yet to face the worst. Andrew Morton, famous for covering the lives of Princess Diana, Tom Cruise and Madonna, is also preparing to come out with an authorized bio of the star, in which he will focus mostly on her wild youth and a terrible secret that is said to have torn the family apart, the New York Daily News has learned.

The public knows that Jolie was anything but an average Jane while growing up, from her early modeling days to her controversial comments in the media and even more scandalous behavior in front of the cameras. However, according to Morton, there’s more below the surface than any of Jolie’s fans might have ever suspected: aged just 16, Angelina had a brief affair with her mother’s boyfriend, an affair that Marcheline Bertrand eventually found out about.

Understandably, this is what tore the family apart and pushed Marcheline farther from her daughter, Morton claims in the unauthorized biography. “Marcheline had a live-in boyfriend whom she was very much in love with, but Angie slept with him when she was 16 and barely out of school. Her mother found out and ended her relationship with the man.” an unnamed source tells the media about the revelation Morton makes in his upcoming book.

Admittedly, Morton will also offer evidence for the claims he makes in the book, scheduled to arrive in bookstores this December. Also in December, yet another “explosive” book is to drop in stores, as we were also telling you yesterday. Ian Halperin, the (in)famous investigative journalist who, in the past, caused serious waves with his prediction that Michael Jackson had no more than six months to live, is also covering Angelina’s life in a book titled “Brangelina Exposed,” out on December 1.

“‘Brangelina Exposed’ promises to explain how the famous couple ‘have successfully manipulated the public into believing a glamorous fairytale that bears little resemblance to the reality of the pair’s life together,’ according to a press release. First on Halperin’s agenda: parsing through Pitt’s marriage to Jennifer Aniston and the ‘real reason’ for their infamous split. The heavily-sourced writer then hones in on Jolie’s dark past, reporting ‘new details of her volatile relationship with and estrangement from her father Jon Voight, her struggles with suicidal impulses, her heroin use […] and her remarkable rise to become an Oscar-winning actress.’” a press release on the book reads.
