It pays to be the most beautiful and famous woman in Hollywood: Angelina Jolie has landed a very good endorsement deal with French fashion house Louis Vuitton. The estimated value of the contract is of $10 million, it has emerged.

E! Online is the first to report that Jolie may appear next in a series of print-only ads for LV bags, taking over from other A-list celebrities like Madonna and Jennifer Lopez, who have also done ad campaigns in the past.

The ads with Jolie, which will be unveiled at a later time, will be distributed globally – and they’re bound to look amazing, the e-zine says.

“E! News has learned exclusively that Jolie is set to be the face of an upcoming worldwide ad campaign for designer Louis Vuitton. The print-only campaign, which is scheduled to launch this summer, will be marketed globally,” E! writes.

While neither Vuitton nor Jolie are willing to comment on the supposed upcoming collaboration, E! claims to have it from a very reliable source that it will happen – and soon.

Moreover, Angie will be cashing in the big money for it.

“A source familiar with the deal between Jolie and the French fashion behemoth tells E! News that the actress will get paid ‘close to $10 million’ for her high-end endorsement deal, believed to be the most lucrative of her career,” says the celebrity publication.

“We hear that Annie Leibowitz will do the photo-snapping honors within the next couple of weeks,” adds E! Online.

Previous successful endorsement deals include a 3-year partnership with St. John, which reportedly ended when bosses decided that Jolie’s image was “overshadowing” that of the brand.

Just recently, the actress also unveiled her first jewelry line, a collaboration with designer Robert Procop, as we also reported at the time.

Money made off the collection, made of heavy and exclusive pieces with precious gems, will be donated to Education Partnership for Children of Conflict.
