A few years back, Angelina Jolie bought a waterfall in California as a present for Brad Pitt’s birthday, so that he could built a house on it but, in 2013, she’s outdoing herself by buying him a heart-shaped island, The Mirror informs.

Angelina has already spoken to the owner of the Petra Island, which is situated on a lake some 50 miles from New York, and she’s willing to pay $20 million (€14.7 million) for it. Not only is the island shaped as a heart, but it also comes with two houses designed by Brad’s favorite architect.

“Angelina, 38, was particularly excited after discovering its two homes were designed by Brad’s favorite architect Frank Lloyd Wright,” the publication reports.

Below is a video tour of Petra, offered by the constructor who found Wright’s blueprints and turned them into reality.

He says he promised his grandson he’d built for him a house with a rock inside, for him to play on it when it rained outside. Even at the time the video was made, the island was for sale.

“As soon as Angelina heard the island was on the market she arranged a viewing. She was really impressed. The house is perfect for romantic getaways or as a family retreat. It’s very private. And Angelina knows the fact the island is in the shape of a heart will mean so much to him,” an insider reveals for the British tab.

“The fact he could now live in a house designed by one of his idols will make this his best birthday present ever,” adds another insider.

When Jolie bought the waterfall for Brad, she also did it because she wanted him to build a house over it like Wright did. Of course, that rumor was never confirmed and, chances are, neither will this one ever be.

Still, if she did buy the island for him, how sweet would that be?
