One of the affordable Android tablets available on the market, the Andy Pad has just received the highly anticipated Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update.

Keep in mind that the manufacturer has released the update for both standard and pro versions, which means different ROMs are available for download.

In addition, the tablet maker has put some PDF instruction files on its servers, along with a “batch tool” which is means to make things easier for customers less tech-savvy.

Once users upgrade to Android 4.0 ICS, a host of new features will be available on their tablets, along with new look and improved overall performance.

Andy Pad standard edition is now available for purchase for 129 GBP (200 USD or 160 EUR), while the pro version is priced at 179 GBP (280 USD or 225 EUR). The Android 4.0 ICS is available for download here.
